We recommend our organic fertilizer production line. It converts various organic waste materials into nutrient-rich organic fertilizers. The main equipment includes a compost turner, crusher, mixer, granulator (rotary or disc), dryer, cooler, trommel screen, coating machine, and an automatic bagging machine.
Our BB fertilizer production line uses precise formula control and core equipment parameters to achieve automated batching. We recommend a horizontal double-shaft mixer, which uses tumbling and convection to ensure uniform material distribution. The mixing speed is adjustable to prevent material segregation, and any off-spec particles are sent back to the mixing process by a crusher to ensure stable, reliable quality.
Consider our tower granulation production line. This is an advanced process that uses gravity and heat exchange to form compound fertilizer. In this process, a molten mixture of NPK raw materials is sprayed from the top of a tall tower (typically 80-110 meters) and cools as it free-falls, solidifying into a hollow, spherical granule. This continuous, water-free process produces granules with a uniform nutrient distribution and dense structure, which improves fertilizer utilization.
Our compound fertilizer production line is an excellent choice. Its functional modules include formula management, dynamic weighing, impurity screening, and data traceability. Packaged products are automatically stacked onto pallets by an automatic palletizer for easy storage and transport. This line can produce organic, inorganic compound, and bio-compound fertilizers.
We recommend our potassium sulfate production line, which uses the Mannheim process. It uses potassium chloride and concentrated sulfuric acid as primary raw materials to efficiently produce potassium sulfate products that meet agricultural needs through a series of chemical reactions and process steps.
