PEME established its factory in Hai'an High-Tech Zone, covering 60,000 m². We acquired our first core equipment, including 2.5-10 meter vertical lathes and 5.5-meter horizontal lathes. During this period, we also passed the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications. We produced our first rotary drum granulators and dryers, successfully completing trial runs at local fertilizer plants.

We expanded our manufacturing capabilities by adding a complete manufacturing line, which included a laser cutting machine, multi-roller plate rolling machine, and bridge cranes. We collaborated with Jiangsu Riant Technology Group to help establish national standards. To enhance our quality control, we introduced advanced testing equipment like metallographic analysis, X-ray flaw detection, and fatigue testing. We also built our installation, commissioning, and training teams, successfully delivering our first projects in Southeast Asia.

We have undertaken several environmental retrofitting projects for older fertilizer factories. With the completion of our new facility, our production capacity has steadily increased. Our production lines and individual machines are used in fertilizer, chemical, and building material factories across China, and are exported to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and Africa. Our independent manufacturing technology and design center continuously provides customized solutions for new and long-standing customers.
