Established in 2011, Pacemaker Electromechanical Equipment Jiangsu Co., Ltd. (PEME) has been a professional manufacturer of compound and organic fertilizer equipment for over 10 years. We have an experienced team for technology, production, quality inspection, installation, and training. With a full range of fertilizer machines, we are capable of providing complete fertilizer production lines to meet diverse customer requirements, supporting production capacities from 10,000 to 500,000 tons per year.
The equipment we produce, including rotary drum granulators, dryers, coolers, coating machines, crushers, conveyors, and dust collectors, is widely used in fertilizer plants. Based on our full range of fertilizer machines, we are capable of providing complete fertilizer production lines for compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, bulk blending fertilizer (BB fertilizer), and potassium sulfate fertilizer. Our team of experienced technical professionals provides comprehensive services, including process design, equipment manufacturing, formula customization, installation, and on-site training.
We have passed certifications for the ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health) management systems. Our in-house testing capabilities are comprehensive and leave nothing to chance. We conduct heat treatment, metallographic and chemical analysis, non-destructive testing, impact and fatigue testing, ray flaw detection, and strength and airtightness testing to ensure our products are safe, reliable, and built to last.
