Rotary coating drum is used to apply a protective film to the surface of fertilizer granules. It can be used as a standalone machine or integrated into an existing production line. Our equipment uses either a powder or a liquid coating to form a protective layer, which effectively prevents compound fertilizer from caking and extends its storage life. The main machine can be lined with either a polypropylene or acid-resistant stainless steel plate.

The drum is made of Q235 steel with an internal PVC or rubber liner. The spray nozzle is made of stainless steel.
The rotary drum coater is composed of a main drum, a screw conveyor, a mixing tank, and an oil pump.

PLC/DCS controls regulate the drum's rotation speed, the flow rate of the coating liquid, and the feed/discharge speed, ensuring consistent output quality.
